Return Policy :

We take every measure to ensure that our production standards are both ethical and quality assured. We know you're going to love Reborn® products but if for any reason you have any issues, please lodge a return/exchange  on order page.

The request has to be placed within 7 days from the date of receipt of shipment stating the return reason and selecting the item you wish to return in your order. We will then initiate a return pickup at an extra cost of Rs.100 within India.

Once the reverse pick up is done a refund (deducting the return fees of Rs.100) will be provided to you. Please make you’re the original tags are not removed else order wont eligible for return or exchange.

International Orders : we do not provide returns or exchanges on international orders.

Exchange Policy - . 

We have Easy 7 day exchange policy. Just click on the Return an Order link at the bottom of the page

If you select exchange, our team will get your item picked up and send the exchange 

Please make you’re the original tags are not removed else order wont eligible for return or exchange.

Incase you don't want a replacement, we will issue a gift card worth the value of the product. This store credit can be used in the website within 1 year. No refunds available.

Note: Second time exchange would be charged a fee of Rs. 150

In case of missing item(s), share video of unboxing the package and its contents to resolve the issue swiftly.

Refunds Policy:

Please note that it takes approximately 7 to 14 working days for any returned product to reach us. Refunds are processed only after we receive the returned item and will be credited to your mode of payment. In case of COD orders, refunds will be provided into the customers' bank account.

All returns/exchanges enquiries will be responded to by our Customer Happiness team. In the event you have incorrectly ordered products/sizes we will gladly assist - just get in touch!
