Return & Exchange:
We take every measure to ensure that our production standards are both ethical and quality assured. We know you're going to love Reborn® products but if for any reason you have any issues, please lodge a return/exchange by completing the web form below.
Please Note : An order is eligible for a Return or Exchange ONLY ONCE. A flat fees of Rs.100 is applicable on all returns.
Please visit the link https://rebornclothingco.com/apps/return_prime to request a return or an exchange. The request has to be placed within 15 days from the date of receipt of shipment stating the return reason and selecting the item you wish to return in your order. We will then initiate a return pickup at an extra cost of Rs.100 within India.
Once the reverse pick up is done a refund (deducting the return fees of Rs.100) will be provided to you .
International Orders
WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. In case of any exceptions for international orders, the customer will have to send the product back to us and bear the shipping cost of to and fro and custom charges if any. The company will not be liable to pay for any shipping cost/custom charges upon delivery for international returns.
As an alternative, to avoid shipping costs, you can request for returning the product in the future in case you may have someone travelling from your country to India. If you would be doing so, you would need to inform the team in advance.
Exchange
For exchanging a product, the same product can be exchanged for a different size - please note that you cannot exchange a product with another kind of product. If you wish to get another product in exchange of the ordered product kindly opt for return and store credit.
After the product is picked up, a new order for the different size needed will be auto placed and the shipping fee will be charged again.
Mandatory to share a unboxing video to accept a the return request .
Refunds
Please note that it takes approximately 7 to 14 working days for any returned product to reach us. Refunds are processed only after we receive the returned item and will be credited to your mode of payment. In case of COD orders, refunds will be provided into the customers' bank account.
